Terms & Conditions
-
All appointments are subject to availability. When making a booking, please ensure your contact details and the services selected are correct.
If you are unsure which treatment to book, please contact us before your appointment and our team will be happy to help.
-
We completely understand that plans can change. However, late cancellations and missed appointments have a significant impact on our team and our ability to offer appointments to other clients.
Our cancellation and rescheduling terms are outlined in our Booking & Cancellation Policy. By booking an appointment with Twenty Nine, you agree to these terms.
-
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, we will always do our best to accommodate you; however, we may need to shorten or adjust your treatment so that subsequent appointments are not affected.
If there is no longer enough time to complete the treatment safely and to our usual standard, we may need to reschedule the appointment.
-
For health and safety reasons, we operate a no children or babies policy within the salon, unless they are attending for an eligible appointment themselves.
Our salon is a professional working environment where nail products, electrical equipment, sharp tools and airborne nail dust may be present. For their safety, and to allow our team to carry out treatments safely and without distraction, babies and children cannot accompany clients to appointments.
Clients under the age of 16 cannot receive Shellac/gel polish, BIAB/builder gel or nail enhancement services at Twenty Nine. Clients under 16 may book a traditional File & Paint service using regular nail polish.
We completely understand that childcare arrangements can sometimes change unexpectedly. If this happens, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help you rearrange your appointment.
Thank you for helping us maintain a safe, professional and comfortable salon environment for everyone.
-
Please let your nail technician know about any allergies, sensitivities, injuries, infections or previous reactions that may be relevant to your treatment.
If we believe that carrying out a treatment may be unsuitable or unsafe, we reserve the right to modify, postpone or refuse the treatment.
-
We take great pride in the standard of our work. If you experience an issue following your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so that we have the opportunity to assess it and help.
We may ask you to provide photographs before arranging a repair or assessment.
Damage caused by accidents, normal wear and tear or inappropriate aftercare may not be considered an issue with the original treatment.
-
Twenty Nine is a respectful and welcoming space for both our clients and our team.
We have zero tolerance for abusive, threatening, discriminatory or inappropriate behaviour. We reserve the right to discontinue a treatment or refuse future appointments where necessary.
-
Our current prices are displayed on our booking system and may be updated from time to time.
Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed.
-
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under Irish consumer law.
-
We take your privacy seriously. Personal information provided to Twenty Nine is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Irish data protection legislation.
-
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time as our salon, services or policies evolve. The most up-to-date version will always be available on our website.
Thank you for respecting our policies and helping us create the best possible experience for our clients and team.
