Twenty Nine began over 14 years ago, when founder Emma started her career in the nail industry working from a small shed at home. What began with a love for nails, a lot of determination and a big vision for the future grew into something much bigger than she could have imagined.

In 2018, No.29 Nail Lounge opened its doors, built around a love of great nails, high standards and creating an experience that clients could trust and return to. Since then, the salon has grown into Twenty Nine – home to an incredible team of talented nail artists and a community of clients who have been part of the journey along the way. Communication, belonging and growth are at the heart of what we do: taking pride in our work, creating a place where people feel part of something, and always looking for ways to learn, develop and do things better.

Today, Twenty Nine is about so much more than nails. Our focus is on providing safe, exceptional nail treatments, with hygiene, nail health and education at the heart of everything we do. We want to continue raising standards within the nail industry, leading by example through the quality of our work, the development of our team and the care we give to every client.
